2022 All-School Prom Information & Expectations
The 2022 All-School Prom will be held Thursday May 19th at Loft on Lake, located at 1366 W Lake St. The hours of the event are from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Parents, please read and discuss the following information with your student, then fill out the form below. Only upon completion of this form will you be sent the link to purchase prom tickets.
Students who arrive later than 8:00 pm will not be allowed entrance to the event.
All purses and bags will be searched by Academy faculty/staff prior to entrance.
Any liquids brought to the event by the student will be poured out at the door.
A parent or guardian must be designated as an emergency contact for the event, and must provide a phone number where they can be reached.
The emergency contact will be notified by phone if the student does not arrive by 8:00 pm.
Families will not be notified if the child leaves Prom before 11:00 pm.
Any student who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to (or will be removed from) Prom and the emergency contact will be required to pick up their child immediately at Loft on Lake.
Families are responsible for knowing how their child will arrive at and depart from the Prom. The Academy will not provide or arrange for transportation.
Students are allowed to leave Prom on their own at any time. Once they leave the venue, they will not be allowed back in.
If you are picking up your student from Prom, please arrive promptly by 11:00 pm.
Faculty and Staff chaperones will be dismissed from supervision duties promptly at 11:15 pm.
Prom is an Academy-sanctioned event and all rules detailed in the School Handbook are in effect.
