Auction Procurement Tools

This year's Gala will be held Friday, May 18, 6pm at the Palmer House. The Academy's Gala is unlike any other gala and the school's single most important fundraising effort of the year, with a goal of netting at least $250,000 this year. We are looking for fabulous silent and live auction items and we need your help! Our goal is to secure all auction donations by Friday, March 9th. All the tools you need are posted here.

We are looking for things like:

Sports tickets
Concert tickets
Behind-the-scenes access
Dinner at chef's table
Vacation home 1 week stay
A day out in one of Chicago's wonderful neighborhoods (e.g. A day and night in Bucktown, including restaurant certificate, spa treatment, theatre tickets, cocktail voucher)
Thematic packages e.g. Thrill seekers: helicopter ride, sky diving, race track

Beyond the above request, please also consider joining the overall Gala Committee, or focusing solely on the Auction Committee. Both involve a great group of parents and you can do everything in person or remotely to participate.
