The Chicago Academy for the Arts is pleased to invite interested families to The Academy for the Theatre Department's Fall Show, Noises Off!, on Saturday, October 8th. An information session with Theatre Department Chair Ben Dicke will begin at 2PM and the department's performance will begin at 3PM.

A unique farce in Three Acts, Noises Off! remains one of the most uproarious comedies of all time. While rehearsing and performing a "door-slamming comedy" for a regional tour, the cast of Nothing On, along with their director and backstage crew negotiate the countless pitfalls and pratfalls of production. Romantic entanglements, disappearing contact lenses, and issues with memory and hearing loss all conspire to create disaster for the hapless cast and crew. It's enough confusion to throw audiences headlong into deep contemplation of that lifelong quandary, "Why all the sardines?"

This show contains some language and mild adult themes. PG-13.
